At Slumber Sofa, we want every pet to love their new bed. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return Contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items where possible. Please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, items that have been used by a pet may not be eligible for return.
